Mac N’ Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Cooked Elbow Macaroni
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 2 Cup Milk
- 2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- On low heat, melt butter and add flour. Mix Together.
- Pour milk in. Stir. Bring up to low medium heat.
- Add shredded cheese. Stir.
- Add Salt and Pepper. Stir.
- Keep stirring until sauce is thickened, turn off heat and stir in macaroni!

This recipe can also be made into a meal itself with tuna and sweet peas! First, make the mac n’ cheese. Drain the water from the canned tuna and canned sweet peas, then add and mix them into the mac n’ cheese. If using frozen peas, thaw and warm up in the microwave and then add to the mac n’ cheese.
