Mac N' Cheese

Creamy, cheesy mac n' cheese
Course Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Cooked Elbow Macaroni
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • On low heat, melt butter and add flour. Mix Together.
  • Pour milk in. Stir. Bring up to low medium heat.
  • Add shredded cheese. Stir.
  • Add Salt and Pepper. Stir.
  • Keep stirring until sauce is thickened, turn off heat and stir in macaroni!
