Mac N' Cheese
Creamy, cheesy mac n' cheese
- 2 Cup Cooked Elbow Macaroni
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 2 Cup Milk
- 2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
On low heat, melt butter and add flour. Mix Together.
Pour milk in. Stir. Bring up to low medium heat.
Add shredded cheese. Stir.
Add Salt and Pepper. Stir.
Keep stirring until sauce is thickened, turn off heat and stir in macaroni!
