- 1/2 Tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Tsp Ground Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Cups Chopped Potato Optional
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and drain fat.
- If adding potatoes, line them on the bottom of the crock pot.
- Put cooked beef into crock pot.
- Mix together all the other ingredients and pour into crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Notes
You can add about 2 to 4 cups chopped potatoes. Best to line the bottom with the potatoes so they get cooked through. If you don’t want potatoes, this recipe is great to pour over cooked rice. Or you can do without either! Either way is tasty and great! Enjoy. 😊
