We finally got our vegetable seeds planted! Yay! We haven’t had a garden in a while because our girl goats have been living in our vegetable garden!
When we brought the does home, they were supposed to go into a brand spanking new pen. However, our truck broke down so we just placed them into our vegetable garden. We bought our house as a foreclosure so there’s a lot of items in the backyard that need to moved: trailers, camper, etc. A lot of junk. 😉
We decided to start with seeds this year in pods. While we are waiting for them to germinate, we will work in prepping the goat’s area. We already have a path cleared out where the post will go for the fence.
While planting the seeds, we waited for the kids’ school parade. The teachers were driving through the neighborhoods, waving and honking at the kids! It was an awesome sight to see and the kids really enjoyed it! What a crazy year this has been!
